Privacy Policy
In effect from 10 August 2026
Jurospiramid Sweet Review is a personal blog. The amount of personal information it handles is small, and this page describes all of it. The policy follows the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
The person responsible
Olivia Bennett, a private individual in Australia. Post: 120 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. Email: [email protected]. Phone: +61 3 9654 2211.
Information collected
Whatever you type into the enquiry form and nothing else: name, email address, an optional phone number, and a free-text message that normally contains a postal address. There are no accounts on this site, no newsletter, no analytics package and no advertising network.
The web host keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser string. These are generated by the server for every visitor to every website and are used for security and fault-finding.
Purpose
To reply to you. If the message is an order for the microfibre cloths, the address is also used to quote postage, raise an emailed invoice and send the parcel. Your information is not used for marketing and is never sold, rented or traded.
Where the form goes
Submissions are delivered to a private chat using the Telegram Bot API, a service of Telegram Messenger Inc. The information you enter is therefore transmitted to and held on Telegram servers located outside Australia, and Telegram's own terms govern that transmission. If you would prefer your details not to pass through Telegram, email [email protected] directly instead.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within twelve months. Order correspondence is kept while it may still be needed for delivery, returns or a consumer guarantee claim, then deleted.
Disclosure
Only two disclosures happen in practice: to Telegram, as described above, and to Australia Post or a courier when a parcel is addressed. Beyond that, information is disclosed only where Australian law requires it.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased, by writing to the email address above. A reply will follow within 30 days. If you are unhappy with the outcome, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner accepts complaints at oaic.gov.au.
Security and payments
The site runs over HTTPS and the form carries a hidden anti-spam field. No card details are ever entered here — there is no checkout on this website, and you will never be asked for card numbers by email.
Updates
Any change to this policy is published on this page with a new date at the top.
